As Veluno pieces are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once production has commenced.
Cancellations
A cancellation may be requested within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not commenced. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order details and photographs where possible. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
